Our customer embarked on a large scale green field implementation of Oracle eBusiness Suite R12 following a merger between two businesses. The project had several data challenges due to the legacy data being distributed across 6 ERP systems that were a mix of Oracle EBS and other custom/bespoke solutions.

Additionally, as business operating in the same industry, there was a need to deduplicate the master data and handle transaction across all ERPs in a consistent manner and present a single view of the customer or supplier. (The combined business has customers and suppliers in 100+ countries)

There were also several regulatory/audit requirements to be dealt with when deduplicating items and stock information to retain genealogy.
